Bitcoin enthusiasts in El Salvador are now being offered a $30 (roughly Rs. 2,200) Bitcoin starter account by the government that plans to allocate $120 million (roughly Rs. 890.70 crores) to promote the use of its recently legalised cryptocurrency.
